Fast, good, expensive. A quick google search shows that the repair these guys performs typically goes for about $300. They charged me over 1000! I will not be recommending them to my friends and neighbors, but will update yelp accordingly instead.

I remember seeing all the Precision Door Service commercials during the Covid-19 Shelter In Place period and was impressed that they did not miss a beat during this challenging time. So I decided to call this company because my garage door got caught on a box while closing, the cable got loose, and the garage door was misaligned. The person that answered my call was able to schedule a technician to come out within three hours. The technician, Jerry P. called me in advance to give me an ETA and pretty much showed up on time. Jerry quickly diagnosed the problem and got it fixed within an hour. Best of all, Jerry was honest and very professional and didn't try to push to fix or sell me something I did not need. Thank you Jerry for your great work and the Precision office team for being able to fit me in in such short notice.

My wife and I heard a bang in the garage and went out to see that our garage door springs had both broken. Within 40 minutes of calling Precision Garage Door service, Brandon showed up, assessed the problem, gave me a quote, and fixed it perfectly. He put the proper size heavier-duty American-made parts and springs in my door at no extra charge, lubed up everything, fine-tuned and tested the door. And it only took him 25-30 minutes. The door works perfectly now and is much quieter than before. I'm very happy. Specialists in garage doors, you get what you pay for. We had Jerry out, very punctual and called 30 minutes in advance. Evaluated our situation and we settled on a side mount unit due to extremely low overhead space. He had to go back to shop to pick unit up as they don't stock them on trucks. Called when he was on his way back, again great communication.. All in all, wonderful experience. Jerry shared all of the knowledge with me on how to operate. Total install time was about 2 hours. But I'm impressed as the unit is extremely quiet and has all bells and whistles. Total cost about $1k with 5 year warranty. Could have had done for cheaper but these guys are pros so it was well worth it!

I am extremely happy and satisfied with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service and Josh Kinder, the technician who came out to my house. I called Precision at 4:50 P.M. on a Thursday, and Josh Kinder arrived that afternoon at about 7:30 P.M. Josh quickly diagnosed my garage door opener problems. He installed a new garage door belt opener and a new trolley. Josh was very professional and very thorough in his work, and he explained to me all of the required settings of the new state of the art opener and remotes. His installation work was first rate. When you call Precision, you get a live person answering the call. You also get an immediate e-mail response when you hire Precision for service. I recommend Josh Kinder and Precision any time you need garage door service, repairs, or installation of new products.

I am impress with the staffs at Precision Garage Door from the speedy dispatchers, the knowledgeable and skillful technician (JAMES W) and his trainee Solomon. James troubleshoot my garage door problems and replaced it with a new motor w/lLED, torsion springs, bearings, hinges, 18' torsion tube and drums. I am very happy with the service here. I had a problem with our door, which was very old and hadn't been maintained. I called on Thursday and they had a tech out on Friday morning. We revamped the entire door system and installed a new opener. It was a very tricky install due to the space, but Brandon stuck with it and got it done. I'm 100% satisfied with the result and the communication along the way.
