I am very happy with the service here. I had a problem with our door, which was very old and hadn't been maintained. I called on Thursday and they had a tech out on Friday morning. We revamped the entire door system and installed a new opener. It was a very tricky install due to the space, but Brandon stuck with it and got it done. I'm 100% satisfied with the result and the communication along the way.

have used Percision garage door for the past 6 years. They are extremely reliable, dependable and courteous. I recommend them to all my friends for any door needs. over the years they hand done normal maintenance, replaced door springs, and opener. The person that came out this time Gabriel was excellent. I’m had called time around 5pm on a friday to repair a broken spring and he was able to take the service that day and have the repair completed before 8pm. he even adjusted and extend the door sensors at no extra charge.

Great service. The technician showed up at the window promised on the earlier side. He did not try to up sell me, instead mentioned that I did not need a new opener after all, just new rollers and spring and tighten the loose bolts at the opener motor. It works and sounds like new.

Had an opener failure at my house, wife was at home I was in Sacramento; She said who do I call, I said Precision ! She called and got a service window; installer arrived (within window) was great, outstanding attitude and very knowledgeable. Garage door spring snapped, unable to open garage and it’s the Saturday of New Year’s weekend. Called at 10:30am, spoke to a pleasant customer service rep, confirmed a repair person between 3-7pm, SAME DAY. Received a call from repair person at 3:15pm confirming arrival within 20 minutes. The technician is great, but the company is a FRAUD! Do NOT believe the Life Time Warranty they gave you. I purchased a new door from them 7 years ago, and they gave me a Life Time Warranty for the door and springs KNOWING this is an apartment building at the time. A few days ago, the spring broke again, so I called their service. 2 days later, the technician arrives and told me that the company VOIDED my warranty because this is an apartment building. My question to Precision Door is that how can you just VOID my warranty you endorsed when you KNEW this is an apartment building and GAVE me the warranty when I purchase the door? This is so wrong!!!! Be aware of their business practice!!!

I was disappointed to find that if they would have asked me what type and year of opening mechanisum was on this house, they could have informed me at that time that there is no replacement part and a complete new system will be needed. So I paid $49.95 to have a tech come out and glance at it and informrd us. People that work the phone should forward the call to somone who is familier with door mechanisums .
