Jonathan did a great job. Our garage springs broke on Sunday morning. We called around 6:45am, and Jonathan arrived around 8:30…a few hours later problem gone. Very efficient and professional. He explained things and reviewed maintenance techniques. A great job. Thanks Jonathan!

I called this morning due to the broken cable. The lady in the office scheduled a same day service. Brandon & another associate show up early afternoon. He explain clearly what needs to be repaired/upgraded & completed the job within an hour. Very professional job !!

Had the gentleman out here to see about adjusting the garage door for a gap on the left bottom of the door. He did not give reasonable options to fix other than replacing the Concrete floors to make more level. I had Clarks pest control out earlier today and they installed new weatherstripping to my garage door and it still did not fix the issue so your garage door tech recommended that I call Clarks pest control back out to see if they could put a sticker weatherstrip on it. As a garage door repair service call we feel as though he should have offered to put a thicker weatherstrip there versus me calling my pest control company to do so. His main option for us was to rip out the concrete. After long conversations he offered to replace all rollers, etc since it’s an older door. But did still say it would not fix it since it’s an issue with the floor. Overall a waste of $50 and would never recommend the service.

Excellent and professional service performed by Mojica Jose. He recommended replacement of all the bearings besides the two springs. He lubricated all moving parts and made sure the door is well balanced. After his repair, the door operates as quietly as it was new.

The whole process was amazing! Called to get a quote - they came within a couple days, helped us order exactly what we needed within a great price range. They said 6-8 weeks the doors will be ready and at 7 weeks they called get us scheduled. The day of service was phenomenal - Moises removed all three of garage doors (45 year old HEAVY doors), installed all three new garage doors and cleaned up everything perfectly within a day- all by himself! I highly recommend Precision!
