Blake was very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, my garage door opener is old, and not of a brand that you work on. He did give me some suggestions about contacting the manufacturer to get some assistance, and I'll give it a try. Thank you.

The technician is great, but the company is a FRAUD! Do NOT believe the Life Time Warranty they gave you. I purchased a new door from them 7 years ago, and they gave me a Life Time Warranty for the door and springs KNOWING this is an apartment building at the time. A few days ago, the spring broke again, so I called their service. 2 days later, the technician arrives and told me that the company VOIDED my warranty because this is an apartment building. My question to Precision Door is that how can you just VOID my warranty you endorsed when you KNEW this is an apartment building and GAVE me the warranty when I purchase the door? This is so wrong!!!! Be aware of their business practice!!!

I was disappointed to find that if they would have asked me what type and year of opening mechanisum was on this house, they could have informed me at that time that there is no replacement part and a complete new system will be needed. So I paid $49.95 to have a tech come out and glance at it and informrd us. People that work the phone should forward the call to somone who is familier with door mechanisums .

Everything went smoothly from the time I called until the technician arrived at my door. He called and told me what time he was going to be there and he was on time. He was installing a new opener and gave me options as to the type of openers he had. There was no pressure to install a certain brand. After the install was completed and he cleaned up his work area, (there was really nothing to clean because he cleaned as he went) Cory explained everything I needed to know.
