Joel Jaimez was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and followed through with his work. He installed a new motor/belt drive garage door opener and cables. Upon installation, there were issues with the motor and its remotes (technical issues with the device that are not his fault) so we discussed him coming the next day to install a new one and he followed through. He immediately came in the next day to replace the motor and install a new one that works perfectly. He communicated well and displayed good customer service throughout the whole process. We are very satisfied with the service and will call and recommend Precision Door Service again for any garage door issues.

this was for estimate only the person that dame for the estimate is a real thief, he told me that I needed a new motor and new springs new doors and many other small things I was able to find someone to fix the problem the new person told me that the motor is working no issues other then it was jammed the only problem with the door is the bottom part he was able to replace only the bottom part he told me the spring nothing wrong with it no need to change now everything is working as it should and I paid 1/3 of what your service person wanted to charge me I will never recommend your company

Sheridan was one of the most helpful people I've ever worked with in the service industry - so much so that I asked him if he fixed anything else besides garage doors because he was such a pleasure to work with. He replaced the spring, the torsion tube, the bottom brackets, both drums, and re-aligned the sensors, all of which he explained to me the purpose and the price for each while giving me options for what I could replace now vs. later based on my price tolerance. My neighbors recommended Precision and I am happy I followed their advice. Phillip and Pablo were terrific to work with. I got a clear explanation of what needed to be done and even got a lecture from Phillip at the end as how to lubricate the equipment. I also appreciated that they cleared up after the work was done. No mess. I too will recommend them. It might be a good idea to send a technician prior to the work for an estimate since the cost for the new spring and other materials was higher than I anticipated. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone needing a garage door repair. My initial call was answered quickly and courteously (bonus points for a company that still believes that how you treat customers matters), and they were able to schedule service within 24 hours. The gentleman that repaired our door was on time, provided me with different options and price points, and completed the repair quickly. I wouldn't necessarily say the repair was 'cheap', but I felt that the price was fair and based on the quality of the parts used and my overall experience, I absolutely got my money's worth.
