Made appointment ez enuff! Was told 1st visit for estimate! Caleb called that morning with est arrival time then he and Austin arrived at that time!! listened attentively to my problem. Caleb said he would work up my problem and provide an est. Within 15 to 20 minutes he did so and made some simple adjustments and resolved my problem!! The est was thorough and Caleb informed me of options to address potential future problems!! No pressure to buy or commit to any of the options!! All for a very reasonably priced service call and was given a discount due to special being run at the time! Definitely will refer!!

The technician was good. I am not sure I can say the same about the representative over the phone. I asked what was the price range and she told me around 500 bucks and I ended up spending $1,500. Not going to complain about that so much but maybe you're Representatives should not give out prices over the phone even price ranges. Again it wasn't a terrible experience but three times the amount I was quoted not good!. I know she was trying to be helpful but don't give me a price and triple it.

It had been several years since I had my garage door spring changed and the door had recently started to act differently, so I went on line to check out various service companies. Precision Garage Door Service could book an appointment for me the same day. Technician Bachir contacted me and asked if he could come early, which was great. When he arrived, he spent a good deal of time examining the door and testing its operation. Then he spent a good deal of time explaining what he'd seen, and what options he could offer. The options ranged from minor maintenance, to some parts replacements and repairs that would help the existing equipment last longer, and to installing a new operating system. Based on my budget, I asked Bachir to make the repairs, replace the spring, and replace other parts as needed. He completed the work in about 3 hours, showed me everything he'd done, and explained what signs of wear to watch out for and what to do about them. He cleaned up after his work and took the trash with him when he left. I knew the price for the work was high, but I am willing to pay a premium for professional and prompt service. The invoice charged the entire amount to the parts; I hope Bachir is well-compensated for his labor. I will call Precision Garage Door Service again when I need them, but I will probably negotiate separating parts and labor after I've researched the prices of parts beforehand so I can see what sort of markup is being charged.
