Excellent service and excellent experience. Booking online was easy and accommodating, with flexible time frames to choose from. I appreciated the in-depth, straight forward explanation of what I would be charged and why for the initial consultation/visit. Patrick the technician was awesome: punctual, professional and friendly. We had a conversation of what was going on with the door and the system and after he gave a complete inspection of what the situation was he offered very clear explanations of what my options were. In his thorough examination of the situation he also caught some pretty dangerous things that were developing: very grateful! Once I made my decision at to how I would proceed, Patrick explained the process to me with appreciated patience and absolute clarity. Mr Abad was late for our San Francisco appointment due to traffic he said and phoned. When he arrived he immediately said our spring was new (it wasn't, was over 50 yrs) and noted all our bearings/hinges were loose and needed repairs (over $2200), He wrote up but did not give us a written estimate nor were we able to ketone later by phoning. He did fix the flickering connection between the left light and our motor which was one of the reasons we called your firm. When we asked him to program the two portable key pads we had bought for the motor he said that would be $99 for extra labor! We chose not to pay that. At that point we were done and paid our bill. I was not satisfied with the high priced sales approach. Later I got your email offering a new garage door for over $4000. We have an alternate price from Automotive Garage Door for 1900 if we want to do it and we will have him program the key pads and check the bearings.

I called at 2pm and by 4:30pm technician Paul Brinkman was evaluating my doors. One door had been accidentally backed into and bent. A second door did not lift well - the right hand spring clamp had slipped. He quickly diagnosed the third door as needing new bearings, rollers and springs - This made sense because that door is used far more often than the others. Paul managed to straighten the strut on the bent door and adjust it back to smooth operation. All the doors are now operating smoothly and with much less noise. I'm very happy with the work and the promptness of the service!

Our garage door recently started to occasionally get stuck when pulling up. I called Precision Garage Door Services because I saw their sticker next to our garage door opener, which meant the previous owner of the house had worked with them too. They could send me someone in 3 hours from my call. Paul was knowledgeable and thorough. He quickly identified the issue, gave a quote and explained in detail what needed to be done. Once we agreed on the fix, he implemented it within his original time estimate (actually a little faster) and even fixed another issue (our garage door always left a gap on the top panel). Overall, quite pleasant to deal with and very professional.
