My garage door broke in the early evening of a Wednesday, and less than 20 hour later it runs like new. Dishonest practices. Will try to sell you parts that are not needed. If you ever get technician Jeridan Abad don’t even open your front door unless you want to be ripped off. I will no longer be using precision company for my garage door needs. I tore their sticker with their phone number of my garage door. My door works just fine now without paying the thousands of unnecessary bogus parts you tried to scam me out of. Good riddance.

Mr. Sing was great! He was on time and very thorough. Explained everything and was in and out within about 2 hours. Replacing my whole garage door opener, motor and track. He added sensors and an outdoor keypad. Great work!

We had a garage door spring break on us which only allowed the door to open up a few feet. Thankfully my son in law was there to hold the door open so my wife could get her car out and go to work! I immediately started looking for a local company with great ratings. Precision Garage Door took my call, and scheduled a technician for 8 am the next day. Travis texted me and called me to let me know he was coming, and what the truck looked like. He was on time, very polite. He examined our garage door system thoroughly and gave several options. I chose to just have both springs replaced at this time, and there was no hard sales pitch to upsell. Just a signature on his tablet to start. He was finished in about an hour, and cleaned up. He even greased the track of the opener. He also told me that the middle bearing was bad between the 2 springs so he replaced it at NO charge! That's Very rare today! He also recommended that I lubricate the hinges about every 6 months, showed me what they use. Through the entire process, Travis was polite, detailed, and a pleasure to work with. Going the extra mile goes a long way with me! If you are looking for a great Garage Door company here in the East Bay, I recommend Precision Garage Doors! You will not be disappointed.

Unfortunately, I had a 50 year old wooden garage door that needed to be completely replaced. They ordered the parts and did a great job replacing the garage. Precision Garage Door Service is outstanding. They are open 7 days a week and I easily located their website, began a chat with an agent, and scheduled an appointment for the next day (Sunday) at my home in Concord. They sent me a text and email confirming the appointment and also letting me know that a logo’ed truck would be showing up with a technician wearing a green logo’ed shirt. Caleb Winchester showed up right on time and couldn’t have been more processional. He did an inspection on the important parts of my garage door and working components. He replaced my broken springs with 2 awesome looking green powder coated springs and he also replaced 2 bearings so that the most important parts of my garage door system were brand new and offered a full warranty. He was in and out in a little over an hour and I was able to use Apple Pay to pay for the service which is super convenient. Caleb even sprayed lubricant on all of the hinges and in doing so found a couple hinges that were broken. He replaced them also for a very fair price. All in all, my experience with Precision Garage Door Service couldn’t have been any better. I highly recommend them!

I called Precision Garage Door and they came out within a few hours. They sent a gentleman named Bachir Gharbi who was prompt, respectful and very knowlegable. He inspected and lubricated the door. He advised me on some issues that may have to be addressed in the future. When that time comes, I will definitely call Bachir. The reason for only 4 stars is that my garage door opener is an older model and he was unable to make any adjustments.

Receptionist was professional and friendly. Scheduling was easy. Appointment availability was great. Installer was professional and friendly. Work was quick and of good quality. Only gripe was the cost. Springs were 2-5 times more than cost of similar part at Home Depot. Even if part was great quality it still was listed to absorb cost of install. I would have preferred to be charged for parts at a reasonable price and seen an itemized cost of labor hours times hourly rate.
