I called at 2pm and by 4:30pm technician Paul Brinkman was evaluating my doors. One door had been accidentally backed into and bent. A second door did not lift well - the right hand spring clamp had slipped. He quickly diagnosed the third door as needing new bearings, rollers and springs - This made sense because that door is used far more often than the others. Paul managed to straighten the strut on the bent door and adjust it back to smooth operation. All the doors are now operating smoothly and with much less noise. I'm very happy with the work and the promptness of the service!

Our garage door recently started to occasionally get stuck when pulling up. I called Precision Garage Door Services because I saw their sticker next to our garage door opener, which meant the previous owner of the house had worked with them too. They could send me someone in 3 hours from my call. Paul was knowledgeable and thorough. He quickly identified the issue, gave a quote and explained in detail what needed to be done. Once we agreed on the fix, he implemented it within his original time estimate (actually a little faster) and even fixed another issue (our garage door always left a gap on the top panel). Overall, quite pleasant to deal with and very professional.

The garage spring broke at about 9:00 PM. Called the number on the website and arranged for service the next morning. Paulino arrived on schedule and explained how complicated the repair would be. Told him we needed it fixed and please go ahead. Took him quite a while, but the door, which I learned is non-standard and installed strangely, works beautifully. Glad to have the sticker by the control so I will know who to call if I have any problem in the future. Paulino warned that the motor for the lift was going to be a problem in the future. I was happy to get the problem dealt with so effeciently.,

Service is good and representatives are professional. Prices were high and initial quote was reasonable, but then once arriving the overpricing began. Each piece that was quoted was grossly marked up… but was kind of stuck as the tech had already started. The good part is that they did come on a Sunday at the time the committed to on Sunday evening.

When my automatic garage door would only close halfway, I called the initial company that installed the garage door years before. They came back 3X and kept putting a bandaid on the problem. By that I mean, never fixing the problem but instead just doing the minimum. They were horrible and I needed to make a change. I called Precision last night, Sunday night, at 8:00 PM. They called me back this AM, Monday at 9:00 AM and said they would be at my house in 30 minutes. They were at my door by 9:30 AM and the garage door was fixed by 11:00 AM. I now have a year warranty. Precision is efficient, nice, informative and I am thrilled to be done with the other company.

Your technician, Phillip Nguyen, arrived within two hours of my call for service. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a broken spring and pointed out several problems with my over 20 year old garage door. He carefully explained my options and the price of each and when I gave him the OK he quietly went about fixing my problems. Feeling ripped off. I got a new garage door installed by Precision Garage Door on 11/25/2020. The new door install was great and I was very satisfied. Yesterday on 10/20/2023, my garage door would not close. A technician came out and said that I needed a ton of new parts. The garage door was fixed in about an hour which was great but the repair costed more than the brand new door!! Brand new door and all parts were $1808 on 11/25/20 and the repair on 10/20/23 came to $1872. Spoke to two buddies who do this work in different states and said that I totally got ripped off and that is how I feel.
