I had a positive experience in contacting your company by phone based on your Yelp reviews, in interacting with your technician who came out the same day, Brandon, and with a speedy repair. Brandon also kindly answered my 19 year old son's questions about how the door worked. He's studying mechanical engineering and found the whole process enlightening. This was kind of Brandon to share his knowledge after a long day. He repaired the broken spring to enable the door to work again. We are contemplating buying a new garage door and he provided a pamphlet of options.

The sales process was wonderful. Al was here the very day I called and gave me all the information I needed. He explained my options, priced exactly what I wanted, gave me additional quotes on higher end options at my request, answered all my calls. The installed was wonderful. It was not an easy installation as the garage is very old, but he figured it out. He spent most of the day installing both doors and then patiently explained how to use the remotes and how to program etc. He was very knowledgable and very patient with me. Great experience. I've already recommended Precision to a friend.

My wife and I heard a bang in the garage and went out to see that our garage door springs had both broken. Within 40 minutes of calling Precision Garage Door service, Brandon showed up, assessed the problem, gave me a quote, and fixed it perfectly. He put the proper size heavier-duty American-made parts and springs in my door at no extra charge, lubed up everything, fine-tuned and tested the door. And it only took him 25-30 minutes. The door works perfectly now and is much quieter than before. I'm very happy. I found Precision Doors to be professional at all levels. Brandon from Precision Doors made the repairs. Not only did he replace the broken spring, Brandon pointed out and replaced failing bearings. He also checked door alignment and fixed a couple significant issues there. As a result, my garage door works better than ever (25 years here).

Specialists in garage doors, you get what you pay for. We had Jerry out, very punctual and called 30 minutes in advance. Evaluated our situation and we settled on a side mount unit due to extremely low overhead space. He had to go back to shop to pick unit up as they don't stock them on trucks. Called when he was on his way back, again great communication.. All in all, wonderful experience. Jerry shared all of the knowledge with me on how to operate. Total install time was about 2 hours. But I'm impressed as the unit is extremely quiet and has all bells and whistles. Total cost about $1k with 5 year warranty. Could have had done for cheaper but these guys are pros so it was well worth it!

Called Jason yesterday at 5:30pm. Setup service appointment for today. Jerry arrived exactly on time. Showed him door and the issue. Then he went to work and showed me what he would do and at what cost. After we approved the work he took care of door. No parts required. He mad necessary adjustments and lubricated everywhere needed. The door and opener are about forty years old but now work fine. Took about 90 minutes for work. We are happy!
