Receptionist was professional and friendly. Scheduling was easy. Appointment availability was great. Installer was professional and friendly. Work was quick and of good quality. Only gripe was the cost. Springs were 2-5 times more than cost of similar part at Home Depot. Even if part was great quality it still was listed to absorb cost of install. I would have preferred to be charged for parts at a reasonable price and seen an itemized cost of labor hours times hourly rate.

We had a fantastic experience with Precision to replace our old, noisy, garage door. They sent an awesome designer Moran Criveano to talk us through our options and she made us feel super confident in our decision. The door arrived in a few weeks and was installed in a few hours. The only thing I’d make sure you do is if you need a new outlet installed, make sure you get that done separately and ahead of time and ask the team to tell you exactly where it’s needed. Otherwise, super smooth and easy process and our new door looks (and sounds) great!

Precision Garage Door service, namely Sheridan Abad was terrific! He was kind and professional. I had a 20 year old system and the keypad was no longer working reliably to enter the house. Sheridan identified the parts that needed to be replaced, showing me the wear and tear on the old parts. He did not try to oversell anything and gave me options I could consider that fit within my budget. The pictures are of the new system, new motor, keypad, 2 remotes and a User Guide. He showed me how to operate each new item, and the new system whirs softly when opening and closing! No more screechy old rusted rings from the old system. I am thrilled with Precision and especially with Sheridan Abad.!! His years of experience really shine as he upgrades my system. I had been having issues with my garage getting stuck for a while, but it finally gave out on a Saturday. I called Precision Garage and they got me on the schedule with Sheridan for the next day. Sheridan was great! He arrived right at the beginning of the window and fixed the door in about an hour. It’s been a week and it’s still running so smoothly. So glad I called them. Great experience with Precision Garage Door when we woke up yesterday to find our garage door spring broken. Sheridan came out the same day and was friendly, professional and highly experienced. He quickly determined that all our rollers were worn out and also needs to be replaced (this was no surprise given how loud our door had become).
