Precision Garage Door of Bay Area provided me same day service for my garage door spring that broke. My service representative was MARIO. Mario was personable, professional and explained what he was going to do. First Mario inspected the entire garage door system. Only the spring and gear had to be replaced. Mario explained the cost and explained all the charges which were reasonable. If you need garage door servicing or a new garage door I highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Bay Area.

You are notified when the technician leaves and you can track their status on the way to your house. My technician Carlos was really knowledgeable, explained things clearly to me, and answered all my questions. Prices were higher than I expected but I was satisfied with the work. Would recommend since they are local.
