I want to say before making any remarks about Mr. James W, it is usual for me to reply or remarks on a person job performance. I found Mr. Jame to be an exceptional employee. He represented your company in a most professional way. Mr. James W intelligent and job performance earned a score of 10+ from me.Mr. James W job performance was excellent and the results, were done in a timely manner. I came home from giving a golf lesson and our garage door wouldn't open. It went up about a foot and stopped. My wife and I were finally able to get it open so I could park my car. We have your decal right by our opener switch so I called the phone and promptly got a representative who was fabulous. Never expecting to get the door fixed on a Sunday, she said your company could be at our house in an hour or so. She was courteous and a pleasure to speak with. She said the tech would take a look at the problem and then give us an estimate. WOW!! That's great service. In about a hour or so Paul showed up. He was great. Very polite. Extremely professional. He told us he thought he knew what the problem was and after a few minutes came back inside and gave us three options. We chose OPTION TWO because the OPTION THREE didn't see necessary. Our motor was working but it wasn't the latest model. We gave Paul the OK for OPTION TWO which included new parts and new rollers. The estimate was very fair. We simply couldn't ask for a better experience. The whole "thing" from start to finish took less than three hours and now we have a perfectly working garage door that is guaranteed for three years. We are very, very happy with your company and the excellent service you provided and special THANK YOU TO PAUL for a job well done. Thanks again.

I was having trouble with the door making loud, straining noises when it lifted up almost as if the door was getting too heavy to lift. My sister was pleased with Precision Door Service so I thought I'd try them. The gentleman that came was very professional, explained what my issue was and provided options for me to consider. He changed out the springs and other necessary equipment and the door lifted quietly and without much effort. When he was done, he even disconnected my backup battery at my request. He was knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. I would recommend Precision Door Service to others.
