L. Baylas phoned to inform me when he would arrive, and he was prompt. He inspected the top panel of the garage door, and said it was O.K. The bottom three panels have been ordered from the supplier. Tina will call in 6 - 8 weeks when the new panels are available and installation can be scheduled. Baylas said we are "good to go."

He put the proper size heavier-duty American-made parts and springs in my door at no extra charge, lubed up everything, fine-tuned and tested the door. And it only took him 25-30 minutes. The door works perfectly now and is much quieter than before. I'm very happy.
