I called Precision to repair my existing garage door opener. I was unable to open or close and lock the door using the existing opener. Daphne from the service department gave me excellent help as I was looking for cost effective solutions to repair or replace. She scheduled someone to come out within 1 hour. Bachir was my service rep. And he was awesome! He worked with me to test the door, asking questions, to determine solutions. He proposed a plan to replace the existing motor with a cost effective solution and within 2 hours I was back in business with a working door. He was professional, responsive, courteous and very knowledgeable. To Bachir and team, and Precision for providing excellent service. THANK YOU!!!!
