Hello, My name is Mario Mojica. I was raised in California and can speak and write Spanish fluently. It is a pleasure working for Precision as Garage Technician. I enjoy serving the clients and providing good customer service. I truly enjoy the work that I do, especially meeting new customers. I appreciate the challenges that make this job more exciting. Working for Precision has been very rewarding for me since day one. Before working for Precision, I worked in the logistics field for many years but when Precision gave me the opportunity to learn a new industry, I was excited to get started. I can honestly say that this opportunity has helped me developed my skills as a technician. My approach is to greet all our customers with professionalism and a smile. I called at 130 on a Sunday for a broken spring. By 230 Mario had arrived, assessed the situation and by 430 everything was done, neatly, and efficiently. Outstanding service. Mario was thoughtful about explaining the options and we are so delighted that we have ordered a new door - after 30 years, we decided that could afford an upgrade :) Love the service!

Mario was great! It's an old heavy garage door, and he did an excellent job getting it to work again after a cable broke. It took a little while to get it just right, so his extra diligence was greatly appreciated.

This is my second review for the folks at Precision Door. The first time they came out replaced all of the hardware on my garage door, saving the original door - thus preserving the look of my building. At that time they also installed a new opener. Through no fault of their own the opener, while not actually defective, just kind of sucked, They replaced it with a different model free of charge. Once again, Precision door could not have done more to make me a loyal customer. They are the only call I will make for any and all garage door needs.

Our garage door torsion spring broke on a weekend. Late Saturday night by live chat I was able to obtain an appointment for Monday. Mario arrived on time and called before arriving. He carefully examined all aspects of the door mechanisms, and replaced all of the torsion springs. He carefully checked the door balance with the springs, and changed one of the springs 2 times to get the balance perfect. He lubricated all the moving parts. The door operates better now than it ever has. I was very impressed with his knowledge and skill. He also patiently answered all of my questions. I will use Precision Garage Door Service in the future and recommend them to others.

Response was polite. Service person met the window I was quoted and fixed the problem (which wasn't an easy repair). Mario was very competent and polite. I would never hesitate using this company! And the service was on a Sunday when I couldn't my regular people out!

Service was good, but cost of rollers at $30 each was way too high, even when accounting for labor. A 10-pack of rollers cost about $30, and I was charged over $400 for a ~45 min service call. Way too much.

I received a quick call back when I left a message, and had someone scheduled for the next morning. Service is top notch. Repairman was on time and very courtesy and professional. A fabulous company. I would use them again!!!
