Hello everyone , I am Brandon , I am a Canadian from Vancouver Canada . I have been living in the Bay Area now for about 15 years . I enjoy all that the bay and California has to offer , I enjoy golfing , biking , traveling and adventure .I live on the peninsula with my girlfriend and 2 Siamese cats . I have been in the garage door business for 8 years now and enjoy it every day . Working with precision has been a absolute privilege . I enjoy meeting new customers and taking on new challenges everyday . It is always my goal to leave a job with happy customers and a job well done .

This is the second time I have used Precision for garage door repair. On both occasions, I was able to get an appointment for the day following my phone call. Brandon got to my home within the scheduled time frame for the appointment I made, replaced the backup battery and serviced my door in a very timely manner. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door repair.

I saw your ad in SFChronicle Newspaper and it impressed me so I called and made an appointment. Garage door was very noisy. Brandon the technician, arrived a day sfter I called. He explained the problem was bearings and a few other things. Brandon fixed the problem and after discussing things with hom I decided to purchase a new motor also. Brandon was very professional and personable. He definitely knew what he was doing. I was extremely happy with the work done by Brandon and also the short time it took to get a technician to my home after my call. Thank you.

I want to thank Brandon for his excellent work. He was very courteous and explained what he was doing and why. He advised me to spray the rollers at least every six months. Brandon also advised me as to possible future problems and what to watch out for. When I called they set up an appointment not only the same day. But, Brandon was at my door within 11/2 hours. this is the second time I had used them. You can't go wrong using Precision for your garage door.

I am very happy with the service here. I had a problem with our door, which was very old and hadn't been maintained. I called on Thursday and they had a tech out on Friday morning. We revamped the entire door system and installed a new opener. It was a very tricky install due to the space, but Brandon stuck with it and got it done. I'm 100% satisfied with the result and the communication along the way.

Had one broken garage opener and was able to get it repaired Plus my technician mildly serviced my door to make it all run more smoothly. I could not be happier, it was Brandon and he was awesome!
