I have loved living in the beautiful Bay Area my whole life. I had fun growing up with 5 brothers. Music, cars and playing with my dog are some of my favorite things to do in my spare time. Getting to interact with different people everyday and helping them fix their problem so they can get on with their day brings me great satisfaction while working at Precision Garage Door. I hope I have a chance to meet you too someday!

Have been using Precision for a number of years and continue to for any of our garage door needs. The service is unsurpassed. Blake, our technician this go around was thorough and took his time to explain what he was going to do. While this was just a yearly maintenance call, nothing really wrong with our door that they installed about 2 years ago, Blake pointed out what to look for with the system to insure that we could be proactive to stave off any major door issues. I appreciate their professionalism. Always on time, courteous and love that they call ahead to let you when they’re on their way.

I had my garage repaired by Precision Door Service on 9/21/18. First off I want to say that scheduling the appointment was painless. I phoned in the morning, spoke to a live person, and they were able to get technician on site in South San Francisco within 2 hours. The technician that arrived was Blake Z (Tech ID # 58). Blake was terrific. Blake had excellent customer service skills and was very polite. He took a look at my garage door issue, diagnosed the issue, explained to me what the problem was, and offered me options along with the pros and cons for each option. Once I decided on the repair option Blake went to work and got my garage repaired. After the repair Blake performed thorough testing to make sure that the garage was fully operational. He cleaned up his work space and made sure I was satisfied with the work he had performed. I will definitely use Precision Door Service for all of my future garage repair / replacement needs and I will also recommend them to my family and friends. To Pat Prendergast at Precision Door Service - I want to inform you that Blake exemplifies what a model employee is. Blake was polite, knowledgeable, honest, and has excellent customer service skills. Blake is a true asset to Precision Door Services. Outstanding service by Blake today. Arrived early and called ahead to make sure that was okay. Super helpful with all of my mom's questions, give an outstanding assessment and service. Blake even went over best practices and how to change batteries in the remote, etc. My mom was very happy and therefore, I am very happy. Thank you Blake and Precision team!
