The service technician Garrett R. was very pleasant, explained the repair work, he replaced the broken overhead spring, advised me that middle bearing was worn and loose recommended that it be replace which I approved. Paul Brinkman was very intelligent, professional, and detail oriented. He did very detailed analysis prior to recommending to install new Garage Door Opener. He set expectation on device type to install, installation/services to be delivered, cost and repair time. After work was done he provided complete training to my tenants and I.
