On Saturday one of our cables broke. Alex came on Sunday to fix the garage door and did a remarkable job fixing the door. First he walked me through what had likely happened to the cable and some of the installation issues and age issues of the door. This information helped me see the need for the additional work he was required to perform (new springs, new wheels) and what he recommended we do (new rollers and new barrings). The job turned out to be extensive and it took a long time to get through all the different parts, but Alex was dilligent and worked hard and fast the entire time he was here. Also, he was positive and seemed to always be looking for solutions and ways forward. He is an excellent technician and a great ambassador for the company. Based on the work and his attititude, I will be using Precission for all my garage door needs and recommending Precision to all my friends and neighbors.

We had a great experience from start to finish with Precision. I called late on a Friday for a non-urgent issue, but they got someone out on Saturday anyway. We were expecting a big job, probably replacing the motor, etc., but Brandon came out and gave us a very honest assessment where we didn't need to replace the motor at all--so it ended up being just a $500 job. Less than two hours later we had a smoothly-running system. I would definitely recommend them.

Called Monday morning, and was able to get an appointment with a technician arriving between 8am - 12pm. Great that they're flexible. I would give them a 5 star for having time slots. But technician actually arrived about 12.45pm - even though he called around 11.45am saying "he's on his way". So had to drop down to four stars.

Tim arrived on time and was very friendly, informative and competent. He did an excellent job installing our garage door opener and fixing or replacing parts that needed repair on the garage door. The amount for the opener, however, was excessive which we found out after the fact on the internet.

I had a positive experience in contacting your company by phone based on your Yelp reviews, in interacting with your technician who came out the same day, Brandon, and with a speedy repair. Brandon also kindly answered my 19 year old son's questions about how the door worked. He's studying mechanical engineering and found the whole process enlightening. This was kind of Brandon to share his knowledge after a long day. He repaired the broken spring to enable the door to work again. We are contemplating buying a new garage door and he provided a pamphlet of options.

The sales process was wonderful. Al was here the very day I called and gave me all the information I needed. He explained my options, priced exactly what I wanted, gave me additional quotes on higher end options at my request, answered all my calls. The installed was wonderful. It was not an easy installation as the garage is very old, but he figured it out. He spent most of the day installing both doors and then patiently explained how to use the remotes and how to program etc. He was very knowledgable and very patient with me. Great experience. I've already recommended Precision to a friend.
