Our garage door opener was not working properly. After some online research, we decided to go with Precision and we're happy we did! The opener was here when we moved in @30 years ago and was on it's last legs. "Chewy" did what he could to keep the opener working temporarily; he did say we'd need a new motor soon, and when the opener finally gave out, we recalled Precision and had the motor replaced. What a difference! I called in the afternoon and was told someone would be out to do repairs that evening. Joshua was very helpful in showing me exactly what needed to be replaced and got the job done in about an hour. We got everything new except the door itself! New rollers, remotes, motor...the works. We are very happy with the service and would not hesitate to use this company again! I will be sure to recommend Precision to my friends who need garage door help! Thank You Precision!

Precision Garage Doors technician James did a great job servicing the side-by-side garage doors. James was very prompt and professional, and clearly explained the work to be done, getting my approval before starting. Upon completion, James pointed out all the improvements and parts he replaced. Precision Door Service is a honest professional operation. My 25 year old garage door opener finally died on a Sunday. I called Precision Door and they quickly answered my call.
