Was quoted one price over the phone and another that was 50% more when technicians started. They added extras that we did not want. They did not ask us where we wanted door opener and keypad located before drilling into our walls. Very disappointing from a company who claims they can be trusted.

Precision Door Services returned our emergency call within 10 min. The door would not close due to malfunctioning cables. Their technician, Jose Brizvela, was at our San Mateo home within 45 min. from our phone call. Jose replaced the drums and cables within 30 min and the door was able to close. Jose also provided us with information on how to maintain our door which we appreciated. All work done at a fair and reasonable price. Precision Door and Jose are professionals who know garage doors and have parts available on the spot to fix real time.

I was very disappointed in the service. I called and asked for advise to set my remote app on my Iphone. Instead they sent out a tech. He was no help and refused to give any advise. He was very rude. I was chaged $70 for no help or advise. I will think twice before I call again

I had them adjust my chain last year & they did a good job so when my spring broke, I called them again based on my previous experience. The 2 techs were professionals & answered all my questions although I think the parts replaced were a bit pricy based on what I see out there.

L. Baylas phoned to inform me when he would arrive, and he was prompt. He inspected the top panel of the garage door, and said it was O.K. The bottom three panels have been ordered from the supplier. Tina will call in 6 - 8 weeks when the new panels are available and installation can be scheduled. Baylas said we are "good to go."

Today Kyle came out to repair our garage door. From the very beginning he was nothing but fantastic. He was kind, polite, and respectful. He was knowledgeable about his work and did everything he could to find a solution to our problem. When one thing that work he tried another.
