Brandon established a good business relationship with me from the start. He made me feel comfortable and valued as a customer. (client) He immediately identified the problem with my garage door system. (the key pad) He further evaluated the system and pointed out other weaknesses of the system and advised of time tables for maintenance. Brandon then switched out the key pad and assisted me in programing the key pad. Upon completion, the system was in good working order. Joel Jaimez was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and followed through with his work. He installed a new motor/belt drive garage door opener and cables. Upon installation, there were issues with the motor and its remotes (technical issues with the device that are not his fault) so we discussed him coming the next day to install a new one and he followed through. He immediately came in the next day to replace the motor and install a new one that works perfectly. He communicated well and displayed good customer service throughout the whole process. We are very satisfied with the service and will call and recommend Precision Door Service again for any garage door issues.

Sheridan was one of the most helpful people I've ever worked with in the service industry - so much so that I asked him if he fixed anything else besides garage doors because he was such a pleasure to work with. He replaced the spring, the torsion tube, the bottom brackets, both drums, and re-aligned the sensors, all of which he explained to me the purpose and the price for each while giving me options for what I could replace now vs. later based on my price tolerance. He was communicative, prepared, educational, patient, and was so fast to both diagnose and fix all of the issues. Sheridan is a gold standard in the service industry and hire him any and every time.
