Smoothest home project ever, we felt so confident in Luis, the sales consultant who came to our house, the price was below our budget, the product was exactly what we were looking for and the time he spent at our house was pretty short, no pushing. We decided to go with his offer and even cancelled the other two appointments we had with two other companies. The job was scheduled for two days later and this is only because we were not available the next day. Luis did promise two installers were going to show up, surprisingly only one installer, Tony showed up, on time. My husband who stayed with him was impressed how one guy can do all the work he accomplished. We're very happy with the our new garage, the front of our house looks brand new. Thank you all for a job well done, your people did exceed our expectations. Will definitely use you again and recommend you to others. A 5 star service.

Ok, so where do I start. Come home after a long day at work and my garage door won't open. Don't feel comfortable leaving my car on the street overnight. I call Precision Door because there ad says they answer their phones with an actual person 24/7. So call them and the technician arrives about 45 minutes later. Paulino was understanding of my situation and knew exactly what to do fix my garage door and garage door motor right then. Was able to pull my car into my garage and sleep well.
