The garage spring broke at about 9:00 PM. Called the number on the website and arranged for service the next morning. Paulino arrived on schedule and explained how complicated the repair would be. Told him we needed it fixed and please go ahead. Took him quite a while, but the door, which I learned is non-standard and installed strangely, works beautifully. Glad to have the sticker by the control so I will know who to call if I have any problem in the future. Paulino warned that the motor for the lift was going to be a problem in the future. I was happy to get the problem dealt with so effeciently.,

Service is good and representatives are professional. Prices were high and initial quote was reasonable, but then once arriving the overpricing began. Each piece that was quoted was grossly marked up… but was kind of stuck as the tech had already started. The good part is that they did come on a Sunday at the time the committed to on Sunday evening.

When my automatic garage door would only close halfway, I called the initial company that installed the garage door years before. They came back 3X and kept putting a bandaid on the problem. By that I mean, never fixing the problem but instead just doing the minimum. They were horrible and I needed to make a change. I called Precision last night, Sunday night, at 8:00 PM. They called me back this AM, Monday at 9:00 AM and said they would be at my house in 30 minutes. They were at my door by 9:30 AM and the garage door was fixed by 11:00 AM. I now have a year warranty. Precision is efficient, nice, informative and I am thrilled to be done with the other company.

Precision did a great job fixing the broken spring and cables on my garage door. Paul Brinkman was my technician and he was wonderful! He actually installed a new opener a few years back which we love. It was great to have his help again. The Precision was very helpful and responsive in getting an appointment set-up and Paul once again was very good in his communications and making the repair. Thank you!

Feeling ripped off. I got a new garage door installed by Precision Garage Door on 11/25/2020. The new door install was great and I was very satisfied. Yesterday on 10/20/2023, my garage door would not close. A technician came out and said that I needed a ton of new parts. The garage door was fixed in about an hour which was great but the repair costed more than the brand new door!! Brand new door and all parts were $1808 on 11/25/20 and the repair on 10/20/23 came to $1872. Spoke to two buddies who do this work in different states and said that I totally got ripped off and that is how I feel.

Garage door failures are not easy; stressful on everyone and completely puts an end to any plans. From call to schedule, Precision was on it, and ready same day to fix the issue. Once senior tech Sheridan Abad showed up, the assessment and repair was complete in under two hours! Drums, cables, tension springs, improved new rollers, the works! The technician arrived later than scheduled, but had kept in touch to advise me of his estimated arrival time. Plus. Alex sold me on Precision as a quality, customer-service company. He did not try to make a "bigger deal" (more expensive) problem out of the door repair and did not "add-on" charges, as I have experienced with another garage door company. And the charge was reasonable. He did have a "soft sale" approach as to what more the door needed, but it was put more in terms of information rather than a sales pitch (which is a turn-off). My old door will see more of Precision in the future.
