Alex K. called me prior to his arrival to repair my garage door. He was courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, precise, and replaced the broken springs and end bearing plates, corrected an error by the person who had changed my garage door opener six months prior, tightened the belt and loose screws, lubricated essential parts of the garage door and the opener, advised me how to care for the hinges using appropriate lubricant, and tweaked several other issues regarding the remote control. I feel safer going in and out of my garage now with his expert care. Thank you so very much, Alex!

Fantastic service and ( so far) a fantastic product. Technician was thorough, very professional and neat. He explained why the old motor failed( power surge) and how the new motor with a surge protector would prevent that. He was sure to answer any questions that I had and did not leave until he was sure the door was working perfectly, the work area was clean and that I was comfortable with the operation of the new motor. I very much appreciated that he called 20 minutes before arriving and was well within the 4 hour window that was allocated to my service.

On Saturday one of our cables broke. Alex came on Sunday to fix the garage door and did a remarkable job fixing the door. First he walked me through what had likely happened to the cable and some of the installation issues and age issues of the door. This information helped me see the need for the additional work he was required to perform (new springs, new wheels) and what he recommended we do (new rollers and new barrings). The job turned out to be extensive and it took a long time to get through all the different parts, but Alex was dilligent and worked hard and fast the entire time he was here. Also, he was positive and seemed to always be looking for solutions and ways forward. He is an excellent technician and a great ambassador for the company. Based on the work and his attititude, I will be using Precission for all my garage door needs and recommending Precision to all my friends and neighbors.

We had a great experience from start to finish with Precision. I called late on a Friday for a non-urgent issue, but they got someone out on Saturday anyway. We were expecting a big job, probably replacing the motor, etc., but Brandon came out and gave us a very honest assessment where we didn't need to replace the motor at all--so it ended up being just a $500 job. Called Monday morning, and was able to get an appointment with a technician arriving between 8am - 12pm. Great that they're flexible. I would give them a 5 star for having time slots. But technician actually arrived about 12.45pm - even though he called around 11.45am saying "he's on his way". So had to drop down to four stars.

Fast, good, expensive. A quick google search shows that the repair these guys performs typically goes for about $300. They charged me over 1000! I will not be recommending them to my friends and neighbors, but will update yelp accordingly instead.

I remember seeing all the Precision Door Service commercials during the Covid-19 Shelter In Place period and was impressed that they did not miss a beat during this challenging time. So I decided to call this company because my garage door got caught on a box while closing, the cable got loose, and the garage door was misaligned. The person that answered my call was able to schedule a technician to come out within three hours. The technician, Jerry P. called me in advance to give me an ETA and pretty much showed up on time. Jerry quickly diagnosed the problem and got it fixed within an hour. Best of all, Jerry was honest and very professional and didn't try to push to fix or sell me something I did not need. Garage door spring broke about 4:00 PM locking in both cars. Paul was here by 5:00 and completely replaced springs, pulleys, cables etc. by 7:30. Excellent explanation of problems and solutions.
