Due to a software glitch, our initial appointment was missed. When the tech failed to arrive, I called for an update. Once Precision realized the problem, they immediately sent another technician. Raul Duenas arrived in record time. We had a very tight timeline, but Raul indicated he could complete all the work in time. He successfully replaced our springs, and rollers and finished 30 minutes faster than promised. I am very satisfied with Precision and will continue to recommend them to my friends. Owning an old home in The City comes with a lot of maintenance issues. Thankfully there's Precision Garage Door, whose staff was very professional, knowledgeable and they were available to provide emergency repairs the same day.
