Due to a software glitch, our initial appointment was missed. When the tech failed to arrive, I called for an update. Once Precision realized the problem, they immediately sent another technician. Raul Duenas arrived in record time. We had a very tight timeline, but Raul indicated he could complete all the work in time. He successfully replaced our springs, and rollers and finished 30 minutes faster than promised. I am very satisfied with Precision and will continue to recommend them to my friends. I called to have my broken garage door springs replaced at 8:30am and everything was done before noon! Raul, the service technician called about 30 minutes before arrival.He did a thorough inspection and the job was done within an hour. Thank you Raul a 5 star service!

Owning an old home in The City comes with a lot of maintenance issues. Thankfully there's Precision Garage Door, whose staff was very professional, knowledgeable and they were available to provide emergency repairs the same day. Not only were the springs old, worn out and broken, the other wearable items like the rollers, bearings, etc. were just as bad. Thank you so much Raul D.

Had to have our garage door springs replaced. Set up an appointment and service rep showed up and did a diagnostic check and told me what needed to be done along with the springs being replaced. Hey was very informative and gave his recommendations along with 3 options. Thanks Raul for your work!
