I chose Precision because they were Diamond certified and I was tired of settling for less. They arrived on time, the work was excellent and I was really pleased with the results. I cannot recommend them too highly.

Chose this company after reading the reviews. I was very happy when I received a call from the technician saying that he had finished a job earlier then anticipated and if he could come take a look at my garage door earlier than scheduled. Of course this being the day before Thanksgiving I was happy to hear that he could come earlier so I agreed. On arrival the technician was very courteous and professional. I showed him what was wrong with my garage door and he made the necessary repairs in a timely matter. Really knew his job and exactly what needed to be done. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for a good company to fix any garage door problem

Thought woman said would be $175 for both springs, not just one. I disappointed when technician said it would be $350 for both springs put in. I think it honest mistake, because she hard time understanding me, but me not happy.

I was very impressed by the high level of professionalism of both the office assistant and the service man and how quickly my garage door was repaired. I even received a one year warranty. I will not look for anyone else to get my garage door repair needs done.
