I want to thank Brandon for his excellent work. He was very courteous and explained what he was doing and why. He advised me to spray the rollers at least every six months. Brandon also advised me as to possible future problems and what to watch out for. When I called they set up an appointment not only the same day. But, Brandon was at my door within 11/2 hours. this is the second time I had used them. You can't go wrong using Precision for your garage door.

Mario is a great worker. He arrived at the time he promised. He was polite. He checked everything and explained it all to me. He replaced the necessary parts, including torsion spring. Then he checked it and determined that wasn’t the right fit, so he changed it. And then changed all nuts/screws. It works better than before , is quieter. He oiled all the parts. He did a complete job.

I am very happy with the service here. I had a problem with our door, which was very old and hadn't been maintained. I called on Thursday and they had a tech out on Friday morning. We revamped the entire door system and installed a new opener. It was a very tricky install due to the space, but Brandon stuck with it and got it done. I'm 100% satisfied with the result and the communication along the way.

5* Had a ~20 yr old door opener. Outside keypad was shot. Ended up replacing the door opener (and remotes and keypayd) and springs. Jerry arrived early. Explained all my options in great detail, so that even i could understand (most of) them. We settled on new springs and a new garage door opener. He was very efficient, very friendly, and very competent.

Hello, Precision is professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to not only the garage door products but the technology. It's Sunday - my expectation was that they would have limited service - I couldn't have been more wrong. They were totally on top of the appointment, communications, and timing. I received an email in the morning confirming the appointment and giving me the technician's name - allowing me to go to their website and read about Mario and his Bio. Once Mario arrived - at exactly the time he stated - he did an assessment of the problem and gave me 2 options. Thoroughly described the outcomes and a complete cost comparison. Once we started, he completed the 'job' quickly, everything was cleared up, tested, and he spent the time with me to program the doors, the remotes, keypad, my car and my phone. He had great patience and made sure he didn't leave until I was able to use everything. I highly recommend Precision.

Our garage door broke a spring Saturday evening at 11:00 PM. I was able to reach a live person - Ashley - who set me up for a service appointment on Sunday. I was pleased to find out there was NO extra charge for a weekend, emergency call. My tech, Phillip Nguyen, called to give me an ETA. When he arrived he was ready to repair the spring and make recommendations to ensure the continued operation of my door. He was polite, personable, capable, tidy and very efficient. He was able to complete the work in about an hour and a half. I would recommend Precision Garage Door without hesitation. Their service is Exceptional. Hopefully I won't have to use them again anytime soon but I put their sticker on my garage door and WILL call them if every I do.

The technician, Jerry Parker, was very thorough with information regarding the opener. He installed the opener carefully and explained all aspects (some different from our old one). He was very friendly and brought very nice music to listen to while working. We enjoyed it. He carefully cleaned up when he was finished. So far we are very happy with the opener. 5 star

I was fortunate that I remembered "Precision" from the ads I see and hear on TV. The company that left their sticker on mt old door opener didn't answer the phone and I was put in an endless loop. When I called precision a (Surprise) real human answered the phone and set up an appointment at MY earliest convenience. (They were willing to come immediately but I wasn't at home at the time) The technician that came the next day (Jerry Parker) was an absolute gem. Hew did everything he could to save the old opener and when I decided I didn't want to take a chance with it failing again (it was working but intermittently) he explained carefully all of the options, all of the price points and all of the benefits of each. I chose a model that I felt best suited us and Jerry installed it like a Pro!! I would recommend Jerry and Precision to anybody.

I have had a lot of problems with my garage door and had various companies out. ABSOLUTELY this has been the best company and best experience I have in terms of knowledge, personality and punctuality for years from any service company. I had a little problem with communication with your office and the driver. Putting this aside the installer was totally knowledgeable and very efficient in door installation. It took about 2 hours and he took the time show me what I need too for the door a few times a year. The installer was very pleasant and very professional throughout the job.
