John arrived on time and was very efficient in evaluating the door problems and recommending the repairs needed. No pressure. I agreed to the repairs, which included replacement of a badly worn spring, replacement of all 12 rollers (one had already broken and fallen off, and most of the others were about to), plus balancing the door. He performed the work quickly, and took great care to see that I was satisfied. I recommend Precision Garage Door very highly!

It went great . The technician (Rafael) arrived and looked at my garage door opener. He said the garage door opener opened and closed rather loudly. The technician and I discussed options and the prices. I picked the one garage door that I felt was an upgrade to the one I had. I also asked Rafael to replace the rollers on the garage door. The work took about two hours.
