James, our technician, provided friendly, courteous, and professional service while maintaining a good sense of humor. He was everything we needed in a technician after the very stressful experience of our garage door getting stuck. He explained what he was going to do and how much it was going to cost. It was obvious that he enjoyed his work and was excited about rebuilding an older garage door.
