The sales process was wonderful. Al was here the very day I called and gave me all the information I needed. He explained my options, priced exactly what I wanted, gave me additional quotes on higher end options at my request, answered all my calls. The installed was wonderful. It was not an easy installation as the garage is very old, but he figured it out.
