5 Stars!! I had a cable that unfurled and other stuff that resulted in my garage door not working. Phillip did a great job of explaining the cause for the malfunction and then how a door should work. He did a great job of repairing the door and also advised me how best to care for it by lubricating the joints He was on time, courteous and professional. Great job! I've switched to Precision. My usual provider was not working this weekend so I remembered this name on a television ad. Lucky me.

Joshua came out and fixed our issue. He was on time, courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem in a matter of minutes. He explained everything in detail and made suggestions on replacing parts that were causing the issues or could in the future. Based on his explanations, we replaced some of the parts on our 20 year old garage and opener. The garage door now runs smooth and quiet. I would highly recommend Precision. I want to thank Brandon for his excellent work. He was very courteous and explained what he was doing and why. He advised me to spray the rollers at least every six months. Brandon also advised me as to possible future problems and what to watch out for. When I called they set up an appointment not only the same day. Mario is a great worker. He arrived at the time he promised. He was polite. He checked everything and explained it all to me. He replaced the necessary parts, including torsion spring. Then he checked it and determined that wasn’t the right fit, so he changed it. And then changed all nuts/screws. It works better than before , is quieter. He oiled all the parts. He did a complete job.

I have had a lot of problems with my garage door and had various companies out. ABSOLUTELY this has been the best company and best experience I have in terms of knowledge, personality and punctuality for years from any service company. The garage SPECIALIST who came out was Jerry Parker and he quickly assessed the situation, found the faults, offered the solutions and more importantly suggested (but did not push) other structural changes that can be preventative and would improve function.. And you know what, I did and the door never worked better. PLUS they came out on a Sunday morning.

I give this company zero stars for keeping me waiting over 4 hrs for the tech to arrive. Who wants to wait that long for the tech to arrive and then find out they are the last appointment for the day? If I was informed I would get this type of treatment, I would have called someone else who treats customers better and shows up on time. This could be you so BEWARE of this company! I tried to call the company after waiting 4 hrs and the person taking the call did not want to help me until I insisted she find out if the technician was coming. She may have been the one who decided I get to be the last appointment because it was convenient for the technician to end his day near his home. This is not customer service when the scheduling is favorable to the technician, but not the customer. BEWARE--this could happen to you! A four-hour window for service calls is not reasonable so don't use this company because you could be waiting five or more hours for someone to show up!

The tech, Joshua, was excellent. I had an intermittent problem and he did everything he could to figure it out. Of course it always worked when he came over but we tried different things. I ended up buying a new motor (the old was over 20 years old) and the work was excellent. The new motor is so quiet. Happy for Joshua's patience and expertise.
