Called in the morning and they were able to send out a technician out in a few hours. Tim, the technician, offered me plenty of options and advice. We agreed on what to do and he went to work. I found Precision Doors to be professional at all levels. Brandon from Precision Doors made the repairs. Not only did he replace the broken spring, Brandon pointed out and replaced failing bearings. He also checked door alignment and fixed a couple significant issues there. As a result, my garage door works better than ever (25 years here).

Outstanding service by Blake today. Arrived early and called ahead to make sure that was okay. Super helpful with all of my mom's questions, give an outstanding assessment and service.
