Called Precision because of all the good reviews on yelp and when there was an issue the owner responded quickly to fix it. My experience was great across the board. Liked the email confirming all the appointment details and having my technician Paulino's bio, he shows up on time and with all the parts he needs to fix my door. He is very experienced and gets our garage door working again quickly. Good experience all around.

Really good service. We had our repairs done quickly and professionally at 10PM in the evening .The only issue were some debris left in the garage.

Thought woman said would be $175 for both springs, not just one. I disappointed when technician said it would be $350 for both springs put in. I think it honest mistake, because she hard time understanding me, but me not happy.
