Really good service. We had our repairs done quickly and professionally at 10PM in the evening .The only issue were some debris left in the garage.

Thought woman said would be $175 for both springs, not just one. I disappointed when technician said it would be $350 for both springs put in. I think it honest mistake, because she hard time understanding me, but me not happy.

Wow, Malek got here quickly! Woman on the phone said you had 8 technicians and could get here soon. She was right. He was a nice young man. He was courteous in explaining what needed to be done to our garage and thorough in explaining his work. Very, very pleased I called Precision Garage Door.

Great job in every way but one. Matt was courteous, obviously knew what he was doing and did great work. He was a little late and we were home so I did not matter, but minus 1 star. Overall, very happy with the service and our new door.
