We are very please with our new garage door. From our initial contact with Precision Garage Door Service until the installation of the new door, took approximately three weeks. The Technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. Communication with the company was also thorough and appreciated; they sent thru email and text pictures of the Technicians that we were to deal with before they appeared at our door. We would recommend this company to anyone needing a new garage door. The quality is also excellent.

Our door broke suddenly & of course it was half open! Called & they came same day. Bachir came, explained the problem & gave us estimate. He had everything to fix it on his truck. He did a great job, it’s quieter than before too. Happy we called Precision & would recommend.

Knowledgeable and thorough. highly recommend. we had someone come previously who put in a spring 90 pounds under the weight of the door. the spring snapped and could easily have hurt someone. Precision came out, weighed the garage door and provided a spring capable of supporting as well as fixed many minor problems. 10 out of 10

Rod came to install a new garage door motor a few days ago, who did it efficiently and professionally. After I changed the garage door bottom padding, the door wouldn’t stay closed since the new padding is thicker and closure height needs to be adjusted. Rodney came promptly, asked his boss for permission to waive a minimum fee to repair the problem NOT due to his installation, and basically helped me out for free. I was happy to get a same day appointment being I didn't even notice something wrong with my door till around 1300. Bachir came at the time I expected and was out in about 2 hours. I'm Faily new in this house so I don't know how old these parts he replaced were. I felt the price was a bit high but then again everything nowadays is expensive. I'm happy with the service provided
