5 Stars. They came out on very short notice. The spring on our garage door snapped. The technician got that earlier than expected, assessed the problem right away, gave us two quotes, and fixed the problem, all within an hour and a half. He was also very knowledgeable and experienced, patient and thorough in answering and explaining things first to me and then to my husband. The best customer experience I’ve had.

The garage door workers came by my garage, took a look at the cable in 3 pieces. They assessed the situation make a phone call to get a special cable w/ 2 eyes on it . The person back at the shop said he could do it, so now the plan was placed in motion. Travis then explained roughly how long it would take to retrieve the cable & necessary parts. They returned right on schedule , replaced the cable & once again went over what took place , took some more photos and produced a completely satisfied customer.

Bachir Gharbi came to troubleshoot our non working garage door opener on 9/29/25. He was on time, professional and personable. He explained the problem and what he recommended showing us what and why. He re explained until I understood plus answered all questions. He made sure we understood. He was a diligent employee who helped us program the door opener control, the keyless opener and the device in one car (other's technology out of sync with new opener technology) plus set up myQ app on cell phone. By the end of the appointment we understood how the camera on the device worked, how to access the opener on our phones, how to insert battery backup back up and use when needed, how to manually open door, how to lift with good body mechanics and how to reengage. I'd definitely recommend him, his work ethic and skill. A huge bonus that was so personable.

He did a full inspection of our opener and door and determined where our problem was... the motor. He suggested several options to us. Absolutely no high pressure. We had a self inflicted issue with our garage door- I left a step ladder too close to the door when it closed and the railing was bent. I did what I could and decided I needed an expert. The assigned technician was also highly courteous, responsive, knowledgeable and timely to show up to repair the garage. My total experience about how my service call was handled and performance of the technician was exceptional.
