Thank you for sending John over to assist me in diagnosing the malfunction of my garage door which I purchased 5 years ago through another company at Costco. After plugging the Master Lift back on, he quickly realized there was a malalignment of one of my light sensors. What a relief! I am grateful for his warm and genuine concern for my situation.
