Your technician, Phillip Nguyen, arrived within two hours of my call for service. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a broken spring and pointed out several problems with my over 20 year old garage door. He carefully explained my options and the price of each and when I gave him the OK he quietly went about fixing my problems. When he was finished he carefully explained all the new features and how to access them which wasn't easy since he was talking to a couple of 70+ year olds. I was very impressed by his friendly, courteous demeanor and his sense of humor. A job well done! I highly recommend Precision Garage Door.
